Adult Learn to Swim

We all have to start somewhere. Our Adult Learn to Swim Lessons are designed to cater to the requirements of the absolute beginner swimmer and provide you with the confidence and ability to enjoy the water! The instructor is often in the water with the group and lessons are structured around both individual and group activities. Lessons are 30-45 minutes in length and are held in the caring environment of our heated pools. Our swimming teachers not only provide you with instruction but the re-assurance and confidence we all require when trying something new!

Adult Technique Classes

Having progressed from our Learn to Swim classes you are now ready for our Technique course. Or, if you are able to swim 50m continuously in any stroke and you would like to improve your stroke technique and learn another swimming stroke this course is for you. These classes are 30-45 minutes in length. Your swimming instructor provides correction and tuition from the pool deck. This course is essential for those wanting to improve their efficiency of movement through the water. We will give you the skills to work on to develop a more effective swimming style!
